    Having the ability to turn individual labels on/off for each and every element in the layout seems excessive. I don't think turning off the label for one particular track section over here while keeping another track section's label on over there is necessary.

    But, displaying all particular element type labels on/off... that would be very useful. I'm only seeing that the shape and tracks elements currently have labels, but if other elements (such as baseboards) would indeed be have the ability to have labels, having the ability to selectively display that type of element's labels on/off en masse, potentially with a check box option in the element label section, now we're talking!
