Adjustable tolerance for sectional track joints.
Allow for an adjustable tolerance, i.e. a "snap-to" angle adjustment for sectional track. Duplicating plans from magazines often results in sections that do not connect in RM, but will in real life without much stress on the tracks.
Now available with version 5.0.11

The tolerance for both, distance of tracks to be considered connected and the angle of track joints can be adjusted starting with the next update
-
Initially adjustable tolerances for track distance and angle between two tracks to be considered connected will be added. Currently scheduled for 5.0.11!

Wouldn't this be necessary to export to TrainPlayer and then be able to run a train? I have several 'almost mates' in my layout with RailModeller that would without question or distortion connect/mate quite nicely with physical track. As a software designer, I would allow an appropriate straight section to slightly longer (or shorter) to affect the connection.

This is planned in some shape or form for a future release.
Note:
Pretty much the opposite functionality as requested in "A way to force the track into ideal geometry"
